Ingredients
  • 3 Whole Oranges, Peeled and sliced
  • 3 Cups Rocket
  • 1 Cucumber, Sliced
  • 1/2 Cup Taosted Almonds
  • 100g Feta, Crumbled
  • 1/4 Cup Sliced Red Onion
  • 1/2 Cup Fresh Min, Roughly Chopped
  • 1/4 up Fresh Dill, Roughly Chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 Tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Tbsp Honey
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Ground Black Pepper
