Ingredients
  • 1/2 Cup Smooth Almond Butter
  • 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 tsp Almond Extract
  • 3 tbsp Honey
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 3 Tbsp Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 3/4 Cup Rolled Oats
  • 1/4 Cup Freeze Dried Raspberries
  • 3 Tbsp White Chocolate Chips

These raspberry white chocolate protein bites are sweet, chewy, and packed with flavour. The combination of tart raspberries and creamy white chocolate makes them feel indulgent while still being nutritious. Perfect for a quick snack, post-workout boost, or an easy grab-and-go treat.

Method:

  • In a medium bowl, stir together the almond butter, vanilla extract, almond extract, and honey until smooth.
  • Add the sea salt, protein powder, and rolled oats. Mix until fully combined into a thick dough.
  • Gently fold in the freeze-dried raspberries and white chocolate chips.
  • Roll the mixture into small bite-sized balls (about 1 tablespoon each).
  • Place in the fridge for 20–30 minutes to firm up before serving.
