Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a minimum spend for catering?
Yes, all catering orders must be over $50.00.
What is the deadline to place orders?
All catering orders must be placed prior to 12pm three business days before delivery.
Are there delivery fees?
Delivery waived for Office Fruit Group customers on your normal fruit and milk delivery day.
A $16.50 (incl gst) delivery fee will be charged when delivered outside your normal delivery day or for non customers.
Where is catering available for delivery?
At this stage, catering is available in Melbourne only.
How will I be invoiced for my catering?
Office Fruit Customers are welcome to charge this to your account or pay via credit card.
Non customers will need to pay via credit card prior to delivery.
Do you cater for special dietary requirements?
We offer a full catering menu and can accommodate special dietary requirements for individuals.
