- 2 tbsp unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 2 - 3 tsp Honey or Maple Syrup (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cup Fresh or Frozen Raspeberries
- Optional Toppings: Shaved dark chcolate, extra Raspberries, or nuts
This Chocolate & Raspberry Chia Pudding is a creamy, guilt free treat that’s perfect for breakfast, dessert, or a snack. Packed with fibre rich chia seeds, antioxidant-packed raspberries, and naturally sweetened with honey or maple syrup, it’s a nutritious indulgence. Quick to prepare and easy to grab, it’s a make ahead favourite for busy mornings or evenings.

Method:
- In a medium bowl or jar, whisk together the Almond milk, Cocoa Powder, Honey (or maple syrup), and Vanilla until smooth.
- Stir in the Chia Seeds until evenly combined.
- Fold in half of the Raspberries gently.
- Cover and refrigerate for 2 -3 hours or overnight, until the mixture thickens to a pudding like consistency.
- Before serving, stir the pudding, then top with remaining raspberries, shaved chocolate, or nuts.
